Im 16, have fairly bad diffuse thinning, noiticed thin crown at 15 years old

i started minoxidil a weekago, and know thats an uphill battle so i need to inhibit dht aswell, propecia isnt an option,

JUST WONDERING if anyone knows or has tried herbal (SP etc) and had results

I tried saw palm alone and it did absolutely nothing.

after starting spironolactone and nizoral i tried saw palmetto again and it helped to further reduce the shedding by a half.

same thing with msm.
