I ordered a bottle of the 5% fast drying and of the 5% DualGen-5. I wanted to compare to see if the DualGen-5 would be too messy/oily for use in the morning before work. I ordered from their website and got an email the next day with a shipping number.

Received my order for Dualgen 5% the other day. Here are some pics.

One thing I noticed right off the bat with this stuff is the color. The Kirkland minoxidil I was using was clear, where as this stuff is slightly brownish, maybe thats due to the azelic acid.

This stuff dries in about the same time Kirkland does (roughly an hour for me) leaves my hair ALOT stiffer and somewhat stickier than kirkland did.

The extra dropper they include is nice because of the thinner tip, its more accurate and less mess.

Ill update again in three months, hopefully this azelic acid and retinol do the trick.

Dude becareful with that dropper, regardless of the quality of the product youre interested in (which i'm reserving judgement on for the meantime) from my experience the droppers are real fragile.

The plastic screw top has fallen off on two of mine.

I don't have any issue with the dropper from Minoxidilmax. I like it because it is glass. It is easy to wash it after each use.

Yeah on the minoxodilmax dualgen 15 product. Its still usable but cant screw it on anymore which is an inconvenience. The glass is good for cleaning though.

It's a minor point considering what I'm interested in is the solution's viability.

I got my minoxidilmax products yesterday, so shipping only took 3 days from when I ordered it. Very pleased! Everything seems very professional and high quality.

The DualGen-5 does have a slight yellow tint to it but like skyghost said, it is probably from the azelic acid. The fast drying 5% minoxidil is crystal clear.

I have only gotten to use each one once, but from what I can tell the fast drying 5% is a very close comparison to Dr. Lees #500. This will be my new daily morning topical. It is not greasy and doesn't dry hard or white.

The DualGen-5 could also be used anytime and is not too greasy either. We'll see how they work.

price, fast shipping,no itchiness, time to dry... These all are advantages of Mmax IMO. I use 15% dualgen and Fastdry.

I'm using the 15 dualgen at the moment. To be honest started when my Xandrox 15 ran out and I just need a replacement. Service is good (price, shipping etc), but I'm reserving judgement on whether it is working for me in the meantime.

Will email them about their applicators later today when I reorder.

Put my order in (for Dualgen 15 PG) with request for an additional dropper; these guys seem pretty straight up for customer service so I'm hopefully; hopefully can provide some documentation about results with the product in the coming months ...

I ordered the DualGen-5 with PPG and it does itch. The itch lasts for around 15 minutes. The next one I order will be without PPG. Other than that, it seems just like any other liquid minoxidil.

One think I cannot fault is the minoxidilmax customer service. Asked for an extra dropper received a reply within an hour confirming that one is on its way.

They get the very small things right anyway.

Done; and they don't make fast dry dualgen 15. They make dualgen 15 with or without propylene glycol. The one with the PG is faster drying but I don't know how fast it is (but I have just ordered some) and it doesn't seem to be marketed as specifically quick drying. Hope that helps a bit.

Check it out; http://minoxidilmax.com/product_html/mi ... th_PG.html

If you have more queries send them an email and they'll probably reply quickly.
