I think both temples are augmented about 1 inch. My corners were brought down close to 2 inches, and my center about 1/2 inch. I was probably a NW4a before. Luckily no thinning on top or in back. Well, now I'm noticing a lot of thinning in the frontal tuff area, though it is still not very noticeable. I'm thinking of putting some RU there.

You can see in the side view that my hair is at half density. I think it is very noticeable, but better than nothing since at least i get the frame. The scar in back is 1/4 inch, though not much more than a hat line when my hair is 1/2 inch long.

CCS,

Try to remember that we hair transplant patients are our own biggest critic. We tend to be a little too hard on ourselves. You know how it is. We all are endlessly looking in the mirror at every posslibe angle, so we begin to see things that others really don't.

Remember, don't get too aggressive for density too young or you will regret it when you hit my age. You need donor for the future! :hairy:

Looks amazing! Were you able to halt further loss with drugs? Did you have any shock loss?

You can't see the low density in the first inch of hairline? It's like that all accross my top too. 50% density at best.

The very first picture in this thread looks good because my face is lit by the camera flash, but the top of my head is darker than it looks because I'm in a dark room with no light above me.

I don't think a lot of my grafts grew out in a few areas. I'll look a lot better when I get HM. For now I'm just trying to maintain and focus on my muscles.

How long ago did you have the hair transplant's? At least you have full coverage thick density is just the icing on the cake. The main thing is that you look better than before the hair transplant's.

I'll try to get those shots. I'll have to ask someone to photograph me, which I don't look forwards to because they will give me a lecture about caring too much about how I look. My friends don't go to the gym at all or shave or wear clothes without holes in them, and insist any guy can date any woman as long as they have the right personality and are not butt ugly, and that any guy who turns down any woman is shallow unless he can cite a personal reason he did it. That's who I have to get the camera shots from, though I could ask my coworker to borrow his roommate's camera again and meet me at work.

I'm sure the flash would show a lot, though I don't know how much. Without the flash I can just say it does look like the front sides in a 5 inch by 5 inch area, with a slight trail going back. Hides really well right after towling after a shower since my hairs are going the right way.

CCS,

you really dont talk hair anymore. Are you hair'd out? Nowdays all you talk about are pron sites, rim jobs, blow jobs, prostitutes and soy as opposed to SODS, IGF, minoxidil, DHT, graft counts etc.

I will guess you are content with your result then. :)

No, I just realize there is nothing I can do to improve it. I'm not sure how many of my grafts grew out, but I don't want to gamble several thousand dollars elsewhere. I just waiting for HM and focussing on my body and face for now.

I do know for a fact though that some in the hair line did not grow out because I can remember where the hairs were after surgery. With no post op pics, there is no proof, so I just must move one.

I'm glad I did get grafts, though. Upset about my last procedure. But with the first two, and the part of the last that grew in, I do look a lot younger than I did before. It's just rough not to have all the grafts when they would have helped me a lot in college.

I have the money to get 1000 more grafts, but I don't trust them to grow. I'm going to get full body laser hair removal instead.

I also don't want to take another 3-6 months off to keep a scar from forming after a surgery, when I can do the laser hair removal and go to the gym all I want. My body has room for improvement, and I'm seeing results.

And what do you mean I'm not talking about hair? Haven't you seen all my shampoo posts?

I got a scar. It is in back, though, and hidden under an inch of hair.
