I understand what your saying, the surgeon could do so but why? It's invasive and if it progresses he'll have to go back a few times. CCS is not a good example b/c he had 2 strips before age 23 so we dont know what the future lies in terms of the progression. Bottom line is that male pattern baldness is a progressive disorder and you dont want to use up much of the donor early on and chase it later on. It's all about planning ahead. Also not everyone scars down as well as what your describing so there are risks even wit trico closure.
