Hey there! New minoxidil?

So this is my first post. Play nice. Im a long time lurker, though.

I've been using "The big three" (Minoxidil, finasteride 1mg, and nizoral 2%) since January 2014.

I've had some pretty ok results, nothing fantastic, but I DO feel much better about myself nowadays.

I used Kirkland 5% lotion minoxidil for the first 2 months, then I found "Dualgen 15" online. Figured I'd give it a go. Was a bit unsure about about it, but it seems to be working fine. Also just bought Spectral DNC-L, but it's only been a few days on that!

Today I went on the website I usually go on (just google "dualgen 15") and they have a new product that is apparently 15%minoxidil PLUS a small bit of finasteride. Cleverly named "Dulagen 15 PLUS"

Bit weary as to whether I should give it a shot? Considering I'm already on finasteride as it is. What do you guys think? Is dualgen a load of rubbish? Should I go back to Kirkland? Should I test out the new stuff?

If you can afford it, I'd try it out for 3 months and see what happens.

Well we know that finasteride works to the degree that it is systematically absorbed so it will be just like taking a higher oral dose of finasteride. The reason that the fda did not approve higher concentrations for topical minoxidil is because of systematic absorption. Minoxidil by itself is a very dangerous drug when taken orally so that was the logic.

They sell it on Amazon.com and I read the reviews they are from 2011. I think if the stuff were any good there would be reviews up to 2014. Doesn't sound like it took off to well.

As far as I'm aware they stopped selling it on Amazon so that's why there aren't any reviews.

Does ANYBODY use this product? There's an awful lot of people on this forum and not a single one has any info on the 15% stuff?

I'm going to buy the 15% + finasteride and see what happens. If it gets bad with any side effects then I'll leave it!

Please still let me know if you've tried it or have info/ideas about any of them!

You cannot buy 15% in the US anymore. When you could I used the Dr. Lee formula and it worked very well. Go for it.

Are you sure? I've been trying to avoid saying too many brand names in case it looks like I'm trying to advertise or something. But the site I'm going to is "minoxidilmax" and the products are SHIPPED from the USA, so surely you can get them to ship to you?

I ordered the 15% + Finasteride. Still not arrived, I'll keep you updated!

Anyone else had ANY history with this company or their products? Any results?

I have been buying their 15% minoxidil for 2+ years. But only as a small addition into my 5% minoxidil. All I can tell you is that their products are accurately dosed, because I let it tested in a US lab. Some problems may occur, when the bottle is too old or if it is exposed to frost. Then the minoxidil can crystallize.

It is a perfect formula. Just like Dr. Lee's stuff. But sadly, it cannot be bought here in the U. S.
