High Blood Dht Levels, Despite Being Of finasteride/dutasteride From Cipla

So, Im feeling absolutely lost, disgusted, betrayed, miserable. I feel like I've wasted 3 years taking a medication that did not work for me. So basically 3 years on Finpecia, 3 months on dutasteride, and one month of spironolactone which i stopped before starting dutasteride(sides scared me so I quit and started dutasteride thereafter).

The medication I was taking is finpecia cipla, dutasteride duprost by cipla.

My DHT results are 658.4 from a biological reference range of 250- 990 pg/ml

Either I'm an un responder to dual five alpha reductase inhibitors or Somehow I skewed my homones by taking spironolactone 3 months ago. I never saw any reduction in hair loss or regrowth for the past three years on finasteride before I even attempted dutasteride/spironolactone so I'm somehow doubtful my medication from cipla was even legit to begin with.

I feel so phenomenally screwed right now. There are no words that would describe my pain, my agony that has come fourth from this epic fail. My hairloss has worsened and now my thinning crown is definitely more prominent.

Does anyone know some legitimate IndiaN brands that actually work?
Im currently taking finax and dutas from Dr reddy's. I saw a blood test on this site which was negative and a positive blood test resuLt on TBT forum where it actually worked on suppressing the hormone.

Im kinda lost here and I need opinions.

Have you considered getting a legit script for propecia and trying it for 2 months and testing again?

Thnx for the sympathy. No I'm afraid getting legit finasteride is impossible for me atm. Generics are all that I can procure right now.
