I hate the inevitable act of having to shave my head every other F-ing day. It's a hassle having to keep it short all the time and you have to do a thorough job or you get an embarrassing patch behind your ear or cut yourself. All the little clippings getting everywhere, stabbing you making you itch, it sucks. And you want to know whats worse? Nobody gives a **** after you shave it, after all the trouble and maintenance nobody notices or cares. But when Joe full head gets a new haircut everyone has to stop everything and praise him on how great he looks and how much younger he seems and on and on.

Maybe I should do a HPM and get electrolosis on my head so I never have to bother with this ****ed up ritual ever again.

I do use clippers... O guard all day long, but that's not the point as it is still a hassle. A full head could get away with growing their hair out for a month and people would just think he was growing it out to try on a new look. I try growing my hair out for a month and I guarantee you I will come under assault with comments like "what kind of look are you going for?" "You going for a combover or something?" "It looks like a pathetic attempt to hold on to your last remaining strands, OMG who the hell do you think you are lol" "you should shave it." Guaranteed abuse. Why all the extra scrutiny? Huh?

Simple as, more work for less to no reward for baldies. For bald guys shaving the head is an act of damage control no more no less.

When I have finished my daily ritual of shaving my pink head, I then proceed to smother myself in vaseline and pretend I am a slug. Works wonders fro my self esteem everytime......until the next head shaving.

why does no one sport a combover or skullet? currently i have a 20 cm long combover with my Norwood 3, and could definitely see myself going the skullet/extreeme combover route once everything goes to hell.

but then again i've always been one of the more alternative guys.

You better be ****ing ripped if you want to rock that look because grown out skullet (no combover) is a big middle finger to the conventions of society. Very aggressively so.

Despite the futility of it all, I am going to start working out again.... and tan a little as well. I will have my lady take a full body picture of me after a good swell and I will wear what I normally wear so you can see how a bald man should look.

There's a bunch of reviews at Amazon(and a bit cheaper  ): http://www.amazon.com/Skull-and-Face-Electric-Shaver/dp/B009W7HX2K

Edit: After reading a bunch of 'em...they might be getting rid of their current stock to put out a better product. Although one of the replies was:

In manufacturing batch processing there are some defective units and this may be one of them. We will encourage you to try again with full money back guarantee.
What we are generally hearing is that the battery life is very good. Normally it takes only couple of hours to recharge it fully. For most folks a fully charged SkullShaver™ lasts for a week before requiring a recharge. Again, it all depends on an individual's normal use or heavy use, just face or face and head both etc.
For most part we have heard very positive comments on the shaver head.
And again we thank you for trying new innovative things and giving new products a feedback.

I've been tempted to shave it all..during the summer months at least.

.

i thought it was the shaved head look that required being ripped to counter the weak cancer patient association.
i assumed it's different with the scully. :ermm:

i thought i could peacefully wear my skullet, but you make it sound as if i'd beaten to death.

besides, at 5'8 it would be of no use to be ripped. who would i instill respect in? what would it protect me from? midgets?

What is your current hair cut like? I have shaved my head a few times and some friends told me that I looked like just got of prison!!!! a nice buzz cut will do for me next time!

I have it at about 3 inches.. 1/2" on the sides and back. Lots of times I'll just let it grow out though. It's just been tempting to shave it to see how I'd look and for ease in applying topicals for awhile. And yeah, I can imagine friends and family giving me that kind of reaction as well..until they get used to it!

Believe me, don't waste your time. It's like putting new tires on a car with a blown engine and a bad paint job.

Has anyone ever heard a girl say "Gee,that guy is bald but he is so buff and tanned that it doesn't matter" ?

No, because other than your head, all body parts look the same. A girl can get a buff and tanned guy with hair. In fact they prefer a skinny untanned guy with hair rather han a buffed and tanned bald guy.

That is complete bs.
Do pretty much all women want tall, buff, NW1, handsome, rich, confident, funny guys? Yes.
Are such guys a very very small minority? Yes. Which means they will only "service" the 9 and 10 rated women.

UCMan also has a very aesthetic face.
