Highest Forehead Wrinkle Too Low? Does This Mean I'm Balding?

After browsing through reddit for a little while, I found out that that the highest forehead wrinkle is the lowest your hairline has ever been. My highest forehead wrinkle is low, would this indicate that I may be balding?

if you could post a picture that would help. but it depends on how far away your hairline is from the wrinkle
