I listen to Regrow Now a lot on the internet and he talks about a lot of good stuff but today I listened to Dr. Siporin who also has a hair loss show here in Los Angelas and he was talking about taking DHEA as a supplement. He said that when you are over the age of 30 that it can help replace some of the hormones that we lose as we get older. He had a lot of good stuff to say about it that has me pumped! Has anyone else heard about DHEA? Where can I get it? Leo

You can get it at any pharmacy, grocery store, or wellness store. GNC sells them.

you get excited pretty easily. does the fact that you can get DHEA anywhere over the counter make you think twice at how effective it really is? don't expect miracles.

Well I've tried many different supplements over the past few years and there was something about the way that Dr. Siporin talked about it that sounded good. It does make sense that it would be what I could use as I've noticed that my hormonol system has changed as I've gotten older so it would only make sense to make the necessary adjustments.

or you could just be desparate. so you noticed your hormonal system has changed? how so? are you taking stuff to alter them such as finasteride? don't mess with your hormones based on how you feel. get labs drawn to confirm they are too low or high and go from their.

good luck.
