How Bad Has My Hairloss Gotten Over The Past Few Months?

I feel as if I have not only receded more (especially in my right temple), but my density is also taking a hit (especially near the center of my hairline and on top in general). Is the severity of my loss all in my head or do you guys agree with me? Also, what Norwood am I at the moment? 2?

20% hairs might have failed. But overall not that much. Consult a good doctor. Healthy diet + massage+ cardio exercise would be you regimen. Best luck

I see the slightly recession but it almost hasnt progressed over the years.I dont see significant concern when i see the pictures.U can start finasteride tho.You cant do very wrong with using finasteride.

You don't see a change in density? I would start finasteride but I'm the type to be very paranoid about sides, also heard it doesn't do much in terms of regrowth.

How old are you? Do you notice any thinning anywhere other than the hairline? Any excessive hairfall during showers and during the day? Norwood wise I wouldnt even say you are the full nw2 yet.

Almost 24, first noticed recession around 19. Most of my thinning is up top, but if I run my hands through my hair (including the sides) I noticed a few hairs on my hand but not a crazy amount. Debating if my hairloss is bad enough to hop on treatments now, or if I should wait it out in hopes that something hits the market within the next few years. I know the latter is risky, but everyone tells me my loss is incredibly slow, but I'll be lying if I said this male pattern baldness doesn't bother me a lot.

My hair is in a very similiar positon to yours, it bothers the sh*t out of me even though its not that bad yet. I hopped on treatments but am just focused on maintaining/slowing until something new comes out. I use rogaine once a day and I was on finasteride for 6 months but then got off recently. Considering taking 0.5mg MWF to hold on.

I am also looking to try RU58841 very soon. Take a look into it if you would like. Its basically a topical that competes with DHT to bind to the androgen receptor. However it is not FDA approved but can be easily purchased.

Massage your hair with oils ,skin kneading is must. What you need to do is increasingly vasculature and remove clogged dht and impurity. Also hair friendly diet and stress free life is must.
