How bad is my hair loss?

Yes I have a lot of posts, but I think the time for action is near before it gets worse since its not that bad yet. Right now I am on nothing since it was going very slowly but I am now wondering about the front since I had much more density so its clear to me I have hair loss in the front of the hair line to make it look this thin. Your thoughts just from these 3 pictures I have a few older posts with my crown which I think is also getting worse.

Mhmmm...looks a bit thin. But actually it doesn't have to be hair loss I think. How old are you? Maybe your hairline is only maturing? Because actually it doesn't look as if you have any temple loss.
Maybe just begin with using Nizoral a few times a week. ;) Althogh I'm interested in what others have to say.

I'd say it is minimal receding. Looking good for 30.

Is it worth trying propecia without wanting to speed it up? My front and back are itching like crazy and its only right where the recession is happening where the hairs are miniaturizing.

Nizoral and Neutrogena T-Gel Greasy (contains 2% salicylic acid and .75% Piroctone Olamine) stopped the intense male pattern baldness itch for me.

Shampoo never seems to make it go away it always back next day. I think its related to androgens somehow which makes me want to try propecia, but it does worry me a little. Maybe a .25mg dose to start?

Okay a few more pictures and trust me it not easy to get good ones with right lighting so I tried. I think I am going to go back to a derm I saw a long time ago when I got propecia and see if I can get new prescription. I can always think about it but I really hate to wait and let a minor problem turn into a big one. Of course I guess if I got gyno the trick would be on me.

Alright thanks. I think I am going to see derm and maybe get on low dose of propecia maybe thicken up the front a little since its recently thinned and just slow it down hopefully. I also think it might help my itch since no shampoos do.
