Every pot has a cover. Btw, there are plenty of ladies
that prefer a bald guy. There are plenty of ladies that
prefer a hairy guy. One girl may find you ugly and another
may find you smoking hot. You say that you're ugly. What do you
base your looks on? It his thread is just silly to me.

wtf how is it possible to screw up your back permanently? did you go full retard deadlift or something lol

My deadlift form was good. My squat not so much. As I said, I have difficulty gaining muscle. I have to grind it out. And that apparently is not a good idea when the back is involved. I though I was safe, since the weights were only around 220 pounds. Hello permanent pain.

honestly its proven women dont WANT a muscly guy. they like slim and toned so then youre the perfect candidate to get fit.
I on the other hand can not trim up. I have actually been off from the gym a few weeks now so when i return in a week or so Im going to try and change everything up. I want to trim back up so bad. I used to be slimmer in my 20's then 30's hit and i started to get bulky. Not a metabolism thing just my body style shifted.

I would say change your workout from heavy lifting to more reps and light weight. Youll thank yourself for it, wish I stayed that way.

Swingline, low carbs, high protein, cardio! Voila!

You are correct, bulk has been out for awhile.

dude I did the low carb, remember. It worked for a while and then stopped. I got some carb blocker tablets that are helping a bit. Honestly though not to sound arrogant, its not fat. Its my muscle. I have very little fat but the way my muscles are they just look bulky. I need to totally change my routine. Ive been sick a few weeks and have not been able to work out sadly. Im thinking this is the perfect time to get back to the gym in another week and totally change it up.

I hit a rut with it too awhile back but it kicked back in. Not sure how long you tried it.

You are right, though. It's hard to change a muscle's attributes quickly. Took me a year. Reps to failure seem to thin everything out.

I know this works for me, eating more times a day in smaller portions, moving around more, avoiding junk foods and starchy foods like pizza and spaghetti and decreasing your daily caloric intake.
I was bulky too a while back, you can make your muscles burn fat by sleeping more, your muscles if you have enough of them will naturally burn excess fat in your rest, I went from a bulky over 240 lbs. to 222 lbs. also I stopped drinking alcohol mostly for about 5 months, I had five beers three weeks ago and I felt like crap, I easily got back on the wagon, I look and feel better, besides the body fat being off my body I also have a better complexion and losing weight also helps the libido, anyways I hope my advice helps.
