I really like what this shampoo does to my hair, however it irritates the f*** out of my face. Do you guys have any ideas as to how I can keep this shampoo out of my face. Ive tried using a towel but that aint working too well.

I dont apply to my face. It runs down and irritates my skin when I wash it out of my hair.

Try standing w/ your back to the shower when you rinse your hair. (hopefully it won't irritate your back :)

Yep I have tried tilting my head backwards with my back facing the shower. Unfortunately I am not very flexible and thus the shampoo still manages to get through and irritate my face during the rinsing off period. Any other suggestions, I am thinking of some sort of cover or mask.

k, just tilt your head forward and sorta upside down when you're washing it out. It's quite simple. I never get shampoo on my face if I do that. Gravity does the rest, it's really simple.

this is easy. You can construct what I call a "shelf" to buffer your forehead from your hair. All you need is a few 6 inch strips of vinyl siding, duct tape, a healthy supply of wax, and sturdy carboard. You put all that sh*t together and you end up with this really ugly and uncomfortable helmet thing. Tape the shelf to your forehead and you should be able to keep out the shampoo.

***WARNING: The "shelf" doesn't work at all, under any circumstances. Not only do you get more shampoo in your face than you would without the shelf, you also get bloodied lacerations across your brow. I have a large dent in my forehead now in the shape of the letter "V" as a result of using the shelf********

good luck with the shelf, hope it is helpful,

As much as I love my users, I can't believe this thread.

Sanchez ... if you're not able to figure out how to avoid getting shampoo in your eyes, you have much bigger things to worry about in life than hair loss.

You mentioned you are not flexible. How flexible do you need to be to tilt your head back so that the basic forces of gravity we all work with on a daily basis make the water run straight down your back?

Again, I love you guys.

Guys, lean your heads back and let the water rinse down the back of your head to the ground. I can take an entire shower AND shampoo my hair and maintain a completely dry face (aside from some mist hitting it). Im not sure why you guys are struggling with something like this ...

Man ... okay I can't believe im explaining this (common sense)

I apply Nizoral every 3 days. Have done so for the last 6 years. Its ... um ... REALLY EASY to keep it out of your eyes.

You know how shampoo's suds up (common sense)? Then they don't drip? Ok so you wet your hair ... then apply the shampoo, and let it suds up. Dont put so much that it goes everywhere (common sense). When its in the suds format it just sits on your head (common sense). You let it sit there while you shower. If some drips down onto your forehead, wipe it with a wash cloth or something (common sense). When you're ready to rinse, hold your head back and let the water run back instead of forward (common sense).

:?

Id appreciate it if u actually read the topic of my thread before attacking me for no god damn reason(common sense). I never once stated that nizoral gets in my eyes.

" Sanchez ... if you're not able to figure out how to avoid getting shampoo in your eyes, you have much bigger things to worry about in life than hair loss"

Thx for the help administrator.

sanchez!

Do as Admin points out above, wet your hair and lather in the shampoo, if it runs down your face try again with less water.

I know 8 years old kids who can shampoo without getting stuff on their faces (I am not trying to insult you here, I mean this quite genuinely)

Sanchez -

I wasn't singling you out or trying to be rude. I know about 10 people who ive linked to this thread today and all of them burst out laughing. Maybe we've all misunderstood your dilemma.

I do feel like a dick, but sometimes I just can't help it. Im sorry. I love you guys.

On the bright side, all this time you spend in the shower, you won't qualify as a "Dirty Sanchez".
