How can I prevent further hair loss ?

I'm in my early twenties and I'm a NW3 (no crown thinning).My hairline receded on the sides, below my temples and that really made my hair look terrible. Anyway I started buzzing my head and I've finally come to accept it. I'd be really happy if I could be able to keep the hair I have left and prevent my hairline from receding any further. What can I do to prevent further hair loss ? Propecia is not an option for me.

Rogaine doesn't stop further loss. I'm talking about products which have antiandrogenic effects like topical spironolactone, or 5a-reductase inhibitor effects like Revivogen.
