How Does Louis Tomlinson Manage To Keep His Hair In Place?

I know he doesn't have hairloss, but he has a similar hairstyle to what a lot of guys experiencing hairloss have when trying to cover up/downplay their hairloss with somewhat of a combover.

He manages to keep it in place really well, even when playing football, I've tried a similar hairstyle which seems to blow out of place like crazy in the slightest bit of wind. Any ideas on how it's possible to keep such a hairstyle in place?
