how long do you leave nizoral on for?

i heard someone in here left in on for 20 minutes or so, which seems like a lot. I usually put it on, wash the rest of me and then rinse it off.

That's what I usually do. I usually leave it on for about five minutes then wash it off.

20 mins is over doing it IMO.

Yup, five minutes is usually recommended.

during my first days on nizoral, I used to wet my scalp apply it and let it sit for like 15 minutes. I agree this is probably longer than needed, never experienced extreme drying though.

I use it every second day, right after T/Sal and let it sit for 5 minutes or so. I like the way it smells. Am I gay?

Though, seriously, uhm that's a lot of nizoral...almost 3-4 times per week...but whatever floats your boat I guess... Good luck.
