Miniaturized hairs never fully die and that's a myth, it just becomes incredibly hard to regrow once an area becomes slick bald but it's definitely possible, there are even cases where 70-80 year olds regrow hair in areas that had been bald for decades. It takes months to years for the hairs to actually miniaturize though and they just become thinner and thinner and shed faster and faster till the point you realize you're actually balding. If you are growing thick healthy hairs on your scalp you should have a good amount of time plus based on your current results it looks like you will have an almost full recovery.

How long do you think I roughly have before having to shave? The entire top is miniaturized all at once and those hairs that are there on top are not really healthy they are super thin but before my hairloss I had really high density thats why it is somewhat managable.

Thanks man, but trust me its a lot less density than at the start of the year. When I put my hair up it is completely see through but when its layed out flat it looks like there is more coverage.

This is literally me too.

Yeah unfortunately putting it up the hairstyle is that I like to have but I guess I gotta switch to this combover type style now.

I can't really answer that for you, just whenever you feel that it looks bad enough that you'd feel you would be happier buzzing it. Based on your updated pictures it doesn't really look that bad and I think you could get by with that density for sometime.
