How long will Finasteride retain its potency dissolved in alcohol?

Searched the forums and found a couple of threads on this but no definitive answer?
If anyone knows this would be very helpful to me and the hair loss community in general.

Don't bother writing stuff like just cut into quarters just take it etc as it doesn't apply to my situation. I have 5mg tablets and am tampering off and need to take low amounts like 0.1mg every 4 days.

I've read several other threads where people are doing this and dissolving a couple of 5 mg tablets in alcohol and taking really small amounts like 0.02 and storing the same solution for several months to a year which is very worrying as I doubt it would last anywhere near that long. I've heard 10 days to 2 weeks from other posters making guesstimates based on their opinion or past experiences.

I think the hair loss community need to form a consensus on this subject.

why? just buy a 1mg pill strip, its cheap. You will probably not get a definite answer anyway.
The longest i went with a bottle was 25 days.

We are used to consider alcohol from a human body point of view, as a strong liquid that has very potent effects. Dont apply human properties to medical substances, the finasteride will not get drunk and die of liver damage, alcohol is a stable and neutral liquid with an extreme preservation ability.

I see so any idea how long alcohol's "extreme preservation ability" will preserve the potency of finasteride? If so do you have any sourses?
