Got something called Finastopic which is a topical Finasteride. It turns out though that the Finastopic itself is base liquid and I have to mix my own Finasteride into it. Got this description with it:

The question is how many 1 mg of Propecia tablets should be 0.60 g Finasteride?

Weigh the finasteride tablet. That's the total weight. 1mg of that weight is finasteride, the rest fillers so the tablet isn't microscopic. You can figure out what % of each tablet is finasteride from that and figure out how many tablets you need to make so many ml.

Actually, don't bother doing any of that. That sheet looks like its meant for a compounding pharmacy. You're not going to have a scale accurate enough to make the proper calculations and calibrated pharmacy scales cost many thousands of dollars.

You also probably don't have a ceramic mortar and pestle to grind the finasteride finely enough to stay in suspension. Although you might be able to realistically buy one.

I don't like to do amateur chemistry with drugs so I recommend tossing it unless your interests include things like making meth

Lol I'm pretty sure this is meant to be made from raw finasteride powder and not actual compounded pills. If you crush 600 pills and dump them into whatever solution there is going to be a shitload of filler and that is going to be the biggest mess you've ever seen. None of that is going to dissolve let alone absorb if you even get to the point of wanting to apply such a mess to your head.

A lot of one-off compounded drugs are made from crushed tablets despite the fillers. Usually when powder form is not available in market, which is probably the case for finasteride. It's done frequently when small children need "adult" medicines that aren't sold as liquids or powders.

But yeah I totally agree with you hence my kinda snarky advice for OP. Not worth the hassle and probably not practical
