Look, if you want to save your hair, you will HAVE to take finasteride because after the transplant the hairs behind the transplant will keep falling outWhy do I need to start my posts with 'I know I'm not as bad off as some people, but...'? We all think we have a problem that needs fixing, that's why we're here, and it goes without saying not everyone's problems are equal, it's also totally irrelevant.
I'd never, for instance, go on a leg lengthening forum and tell a guy who is 5ft 8 he shouldn't bother because there's guys who are 5ft 4 out there. Why the f*** should that even matter? The guy still clearly has an issue and if he wants to put his own money into fixing it...well then go right ahead.
Besides, with my overall profile (short, bad face) I am pretty badly off overall, even if my hair is just average or whatever (which it isn't, I obviously look better in my pics at 23).

Also for your face, try getting lean and grow a beard, pretty high chances you will look better, having a nice jawline makes all the difference
Why do you hate lifting?I'm more bothered about 'saving it' in the short term rather than forever, since after your 30s hair loss is more socially acceptable and everyone looks like sh*t then anyway. I don't know why people don't understand this, but I KNOW A HAIR TRANSPLANT IS NOT A PERMENANT SOLUTION IF I DONT TAKE FINASTERIDE. I also don't really care. If I get 5 more decent years with a transplant + minoxidil, that represents reasonable value to me. I can always have another transplant later, then once I run out of donor hair follicles I can just shave it the f*** off, but hopefully that either never comes to pass, or if it does, that I'll be 40+ when it does.
I'm already pretty lean. 170cm and I weigh 55kg. Losing more weight would actually be unhealthy for me, at least in BMI terms. True I dont lift, but gym won't fix my face. And f*** lifting anyway tbh.

If you care now, you'll still care in your 30's. Time is going fast. You'll be there quicker than you think.
I figure I can just do another hair transplant in my 30s, which should get me to around age 40 looking ok. At that point it's over anyway buddy boyo, no girls in their teens/early 20s are going with you out of attraction anymore and that goes for pretty much the entire population. At that point it'l be the hooker/golddigger game, and appearance doesnt matter much then.
It would really help to know the balding pattern in your family
Is everyone in your family was norwood 7 with end 20 or massive frontal balder it might be indeed a bad idea
I've put a couple of pictures of my dad below. This was on his 65th birthday, so as you can see he still has some hair but it's definitely receded and fairly thin. Can't really get any better pics or ask about it as he doesn't believe in cosmetic procedures, one of those bluepilled guys who thinks it's all about lolconfidence and personality.
His father, I'm not sure. Never met the guy, never seen any pictures, and I think he died before I was even born or shortly after.
As far as I know my grandfather on my mothers side still had decent hair in his 40s. He might have been norwood 2 or 3, but definitely not more than this.
My mothers hair is still fine at age 64, but I don't know if the female side of the family is any basis to judge what will happen to me as a male.

Not worth it for your stage of the game, just get on finasteride like others have stated. Don't take Lookism too seriously half of the posters there are virgins that are on the Spectrum.
Also, mad respect for openly posting your pictures on a hair loss forums.
