How Many Here Go To The Gym? Stereotypical But Important

Actually yes, I am "butthurt" but not by your post, by the modern prevalence of roiding because:
  • It makes average women think a man should look like a Marvel superhero if he lifts a few weights.
  • Those guys get incredible results I wish I could have as well.
  • I can't do it myself to "compete" because my hair is too androgen sensitive.
Getting ripped is a great compensator for being short and ugly. But only if it doesn't make you bald in the process.

And my natural muscle building capacity is genetically bottom tier.

great.

let it out.

these incredible results dont happen over night, and off the record most people that cycle steroids dont even look like they lift. its quite sad how many people pin nowdays and have nothing to show for it. we can argue genetics and work out at play, but it also goes back to the basics of nutrition which most people cannot grasp.

steroids are useless without consistency in the gym and eating right.

peabody may be a good responder to steroids, but for everyone else.,..,. not a chance. someone with good genes can easily grow off a few hundred milligram, but you will have morons claim that it isn;t enough. when it comes to steroids, you either have the genetics or you dont. most people will be dissapointed by there results, which leads them believe its either fake or they need more.

i took 300mg of test for a couple years and blew up. never once did i gun into big doses because its not needed in most cases. however i have been off for awhile now, and can tell the difference. i managed to keep most because i never required much assistance to begin with. but the pumps, and strength are all gone. muscles dont have that pop from the extra blood following through out the veins.

I'm aware of all this as well, which as you know I said right from my first post on this subject in the thread.

I also have played with testosterone. I did test-e for 4 months 2 years ago. I didn't blow up, but my hair did start shedding massively. I realized it was not going to be a viable option for me.

Too much androgen sensitivity in the follicles and too little in the muscles. Bad business.

Why the hell would I lie !!? I'm completely honest about my hair treatments and hair transplant. What would i lose if I told you I take a little gear? The simple matter is I DON'T and never have. Biggest factor was fear of losing hair and really not interested in being a mass monster . You just don't get it genetics play a huge role.

I'm sorry. I tried to avoid replying to this. But the bait was too strong.

This is you:

This is Frank Zane, a professional body builder who did heavy roids, also famous and still renowned today for his physique:

Are you honestly going to tell us you have built a bigger physique than Jeff Seid or Zyzz, and perhaps even Frank Zane, COMPLETELY NATURALLY?

Hahaha
I'm seriously laughing here.

If you were capable of that body naturally, you probably have the best muscle building genetics on the entire planet (not even joking) and even with the tiniest bit of juice could dominate every body building competition in the world for the rest of your life.

More likely, you're just saying that the same way the Rock has to say he's not using anything - because his face is attached to his image, and he can't openly admit to being a steroid user for marketing reasons.

Even on juice though it's a remarkable outcome, and you should be proud of it. Steroids aren't magic that take make Average Joes into monsters all on their own. You still have to have good genetics, good training, and good diet to respond to them, and on that level your accomplishment shouldn't be diminished.

I just think it's important for people to know what's achievable naturally and what's not, because body dysmorphia is growing among men based on unrealistic standards from Hollywood movies, most of which feature guys on juice now as well.

Sir, your genetics must be insane.

:D

But I do believe you have been training for over seven years if I am not mistaken?

The same reason everyone lies about it?

If you are natural, you'd have the best genetics of just about anyone on the planet, as your physique is beating many heavy roiders and coming close to many top professional bodybuilders.

I don't know why average people lie about it. I know why guys like The Rock and Hugh Jackman lie about it.

Zyzz was very open about it. Jeff Seid lies constantly. To each his own.

No one will know for sure except the person doing it. But we can make predictions based on probabilities and likelihoods.

Well I appreciate your opinion! All that matters is I know I'm natural and I'm happy with my results:)

Yes I used to run track during my teens and then moved to weight training early 20's

What do you consider natural? What supplements do you take? Are you taking any prohormones?

Hey adam. Good you still visit us and enrich us about your gym routine and hair treatment.
I know you probably do not have a problem with this part, but do you have any tips from someone on how to increase calves? I had them skinny and then build them quite good with intense calf raises 5 times a week and uphill sprints 4 times a week, but after I had knee surgery they got a big hit. When I got back into gym the rest of a body got back quite fast, but calves not. I cant do uphill sprints anymore and calf raises do not seem efficient alone. Do you think, that lower weight with a lot of reps would help? Thanks man and hope your hair is still good.

I'll keep it simple. Whey protein supplement and Ive occasionally used creatine. Eating consistently well and training very hard as got me my results

Not used creatine for a while cause I heard it was bad for hair

Adam I admire your hair and strength results. What workout routines would you recommend for a skinnyfat dude? I've been following a modified version of Greyskull for about 2ish months and I'm slowly making gains. I was planning on staying on it for another 2 months or so then moving to a 4 day PHUL routine.

I feel so out of control of my own body. The gym is the only place I feel like I have some control over it. I've upped my sets to 4 from 3 on each exercise. I'm running and doing elliptical more, more miles and longer sprints. I'm spending close to 2 hours per workout not counting biking up and back and it's not enough, I want more. When I leave and come home, I have to look at my shitty hair and I feel out of control again. The gym is the last and only joy in my life. Nothing else brings me happiness. When I get home, I wish I could go back. I wish I could stay there and never leave. I hate everything else in my life. I hate my isolation, I hate how I can't stop thinking of my hairloss, I hate the feeling of constant hopelessness. I hate it all. The gym is the only place I feel like my life has any purpose. There can't be any god, and if there is then f*** it. I can't believe someone would cause this much misery and anguish. I wish I had never been born. f*** it for even creating me.No one deserves this f*****g hell. I don't know how I can go on :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Grab this Bull we call life by the balls and wrestle that sh** to the ground son! You are letting your hair control you. I finally shaved my head and grew a beard. I made my scalp my little b**ch! I control and own my head. If my hair didn't want to be there, I said, "FU** you Hair!" OWN THAT SH**!

EMBRACE WHO YOU ARE! FU** Those haters. The world is full of haters.

Kind of a long story but I got fucked up by the medicine called levaquin, I was unable to lift or run or anything for two years. I just started back to the gym in June. I have thought a lot about shaving, but even though I am doing 275 on the bench and around 800 on the leg press I still have a ton of excess body fat, I don't look ripped like you. It will probably take me another 6-12 months to get there, I can't be bald and fat at the same time.

You look good with it because you're so ripped, I can't shave until I get there.
