how often do i use Nizoral 2% during the week?

hey i was told by my doctor to use Nizoral 2% and he said three times per week, i was wondering, do i use it three consecutive days and then stop? or do i alternate? which way is more effective?

I been taking Nizoral 1% for 6 months and start Nizoral 2% for 2 to 3 months now. I take it once every other day. I seem to work for me but I use propecia too.

When using nizoral do this. 1) first soak your hair and wash it without a shampoo using only water to massage your scalp. 2. Then Apply nizoral to the scalp and gently massage in all over but not for very long, let nizoral sit for 5 - 10 mins.

Rinse thourghly.

The point is not washing the hair with nizoral because nizoral kills your hair and anyway it´s your scalp that needs the nizoral not your hair.

He could just mean it as hyperbole, a way of saying it makes your hair really limp and dry. It's funny how caustic everyone on these forums is (myself included).

Now, hairfarmer, you are onto something you know. Get one of those contraptions to work, but not with nizoral and TGel but instead with minoxidil, and you have got something!

I find it does just the opposite. Makes my hair and scalp feel great. Especially when used with a good conditioner.
