how often do you miss an application?

Not on purpose, but once or twice a month I usually miss a day of applying minoxidil and spironolactone.
Is this gonna come back to bite me on the ***?
How often does everyone else miss a dose, if at all?

I sometimes miss once a week which is more detrimental than once a month imo. I think you should be fine but of course be consistent.

Unless your hairloss is very aggressive, missing an application every once in a while (once a month) is no big deal at all.

Over the past 6 months I've been missing it allot...like 1/2x's a days and I have lost half of what I had. 2x's a day, don't miss it ever...I thought 1x a day was sufficient...
