How Often To Dermaroll With 1.5 Mm Dermaroller?

How often should you dermaroll with a 1.5 mm dermaroller for hair regrowth? On YouTube I’ve seen everything from once a week to once a month? Currently I’m doing once every other week. I still have hair do I don’t want to do it so often that all I’m doing is thinning out my existing hair so just want to do the minimal possible for regrowth.

I have been derma rolling every day for about a year now and have experienced nothing but great regrowth. It is hard to find evidence supporting that you can't derma roll every day.
