How Old Are Y'all Non Responders/people Losing Ground On Propecia/dutasteride?

I'm 40 and it took Trenbolone for me to start dropping hair and I'm only a few weeks out so I will probably give it 3-6 months to see if there is any improvement before I hop on the finasteride.I think those who don’t respond to 5AR inhibitors already have a sensitivity to both DHT and T. I think those who lose ground begin to become more sensitive to the effects of T as time passes.
I have a strong suspicion that most non responders were doomed to baldness anyway, are extremely young with highly aggressive forms of balding.
The other side effects do indeed sound scary though.

Something interesting to me is that 5AR inhibitors are used for benign prostate hyperplasia, and typically those particular people end up developing prostate cancer nonetheless. In my opinion, the only reasoning for this would be due to the remaining androgenic activity within the body (testosterone; DHT has already been reduced significantly). If someone doesn’t respond to 5AR inhibitors the only options they have is to use anti-androgens used for prostate cancer, a hair transplant or a hair system.
