Protein shakes are unhealthy, they contain synthetic ingredients, they're ultra processed slop lmao. Just eat a steak.
You literally made all of this up.

The only synthetic ingredients in protein shakes might be sweeteners or flavourings. It's basically whey protein. None of that will make your hair fall out.

You’ve been on here since 05, what’s your stack and do you have decent density?
Currently just use topical min and use a dermapen when I can be bothered. Slowly losing the battle. Fina and duta worked but gave those up a long time ago because of side effects. The choice seems to be to either battle DHT and suffer side effects, or let DHT run wild, avoid side effects and lose hair.
