You literally made all of this up.The gym spikes your cortisol, this can trigger Telogen Effluvium. Evidence suggests that strength training spikes DHT levels, moderate cardio lowers DHT levels. The healthiest form of exercise is walking.
Protein shakes are unhealthy, they contain synthetic ingredients, they're ultra processed slop lmao. Just eat a steak.
The only synthetic ingredients in protein shakes might be sweeteners or flavourings. It's basically whey protein. None of that will make your hair fall out.
