Impressive physique and some good advice, but not all. Yet he misses 2 crucial points, how about treating hair loss? How about not everyone looks good bald?

I'd rather have that body but with hair :whistle: Or lose a lot of that body and still have hair. I think you get my drift. Look at the amount of thought he has to put into all this, all because of lack of hair. Even with all this immense compensation, a twin of this guy with a worse body but hair would still out do him.

I wish more energy was spent on a cure rather than acceptance. If every man who went bald voiced his opinion and said that it was unacceptable and there needs to be a cure then I'm pretty sure we would have better things out than finasteride

Amber Rose also has tits. If women can get away with fake nails, fake eye lashes, fake boobs, fake height (heels), fake faces (makeup), etc. What makes you think baldness is all of a sudden going to be where men draw the line? Women now have become FRAUDS and yet nobody bats an eye.

Noticed a lot of bald men in my gym tonight, fair play to them all. It's simply working with the tools you have been given and striving for the best possible you. Some people can just handle what they have been given and are able to just get on with life.
Working out has been a huge part of my life and made me who I am today, I can't begin to explain how much it has affected my confidence in a positive way.

Working out is a hobby not many men have. Because not only it is the most boring hobby ever, but it's also the most expensive.

Gym membership, supplements, proteins, eating for 6 persons to get huge. I guess all of that must be cheap right? And not time-consuming at all?

While the NW1 guy can just avoid all that and directly get the girl without spending all that money and time.

I'd say golf is an expensive hobby and just as boring.

I posted this because, if you are not happy about your image you can do what you can to make yourself feel better about it. He is not on roids by the way , he is a professional BJJ athlete.

I think you are missing the point Fred, I know it's tough what we are all going through, nothing wrong with trying to empower and share some love. No need to be cynical , we're all in the same boat. No matter what, people are going to respect someone who takes pride in they're fitness and what they can improve then someone who just gives up completely and makes excuses for everything.

This is a support network right? Let's not just b**ch at each other how hard it is losing our hair, WE ALL KNOW...

p.s It's written about him not by him and if you listen to one of his blogs actually a really motivated guy with goals.

I've said it once and I'll say it again... fred has self esteem issues and it reflects greatly in the content he posts.. how can you expect a negative person to make a positive remark... working out is healthy for the body, mind and for your own well being... If that's a waste of money then idk man you should get your priorities straight.

No one said it's gonna grow hair on your head, but you have to face it. Having that pretty boy look fades as soon as you lose your hair.. so yes working out and having a fit body will compliment a bald guy alot better than a scrawny bald guy, no offense to anyone. Look at all the bald guys who girls drool over... how's their build? It just looks better.. like hair on our heads looks better.

lol, that body without steroids is totally achievable. Thats not even close to many ppl's genetic limits. Not in delusion with dating, but with training, absolutely.
Its also as bad to read this stupidity for a guy who wants to work out like the nofap theory for an average hairloss sufferer.

I saw a couple guys at the gym wearing some kind of jockstrap looking masks that resembled banes mask from batman. Is that like a thing now? Doe sit stem from sort of youtube prank or something?

I can see him being very desirable to women who want to get "pounded" possibly while cruising the bar/club scene. However, I'm not sure how he will be perceived by females who are looking for long-term relationships and are critical of the entire package. Or in other words, is he bring home to mom material? In any case, what is his outlook in 10 years. That's a difficult image to uphold as one ages.

I'm telling you he is a Natural Athlete. They get tested, he also has a website that gives nutrition and training tips aswell if you want to start training and put some size on.

Fred, I know it's hard not to find the negative in the Judgemental society we live in, But look at the bigger picture.. Would u rather sit there and complain about something you have no control over or fix the things you can. I know I would want to compensate in other areas like keeping fit(don't have to be huge, just take pride in ur body) and grooming and dressing well.

There is a stigma about baldness and how you are perceived. I think we can be our own worst enemies as well, if you hold yourself and accept yourself like a "Bald Loser" your going to be perceived as one. I posted Kit Dales story, because he doesn't let it get to him, he had a goal to get black belt in BJJ which is really hard he did it in record time, he trains hard, acts and is a funny dude.. He hates being ****ing bald but sure as hell didn't stop his goals. I think we can all learn something from that

Anyway just my 2cents worth. But I hear you bro ,keep strong and fix what you can to be a better person and feel better about urself

He's natural.. I have a couple friends of similar build... it's possible it just takes 3 to 4 years of proper dedication to achieve it.. I've seen it happen to small *** guys and I see them 2 years later and they're huge.
