How to be Bald and Hot

For the hundredth time: balding can be controlled (to an extent).

Use hair transplants, medication, concealers, medication and fix it, even if only partially.

And then you can do all the bodybuilding you want if you please. It doesn't matter anyway.

So focus on that, why would you focus on completely unrelated areas when you can attack the problem directly?

And he's not natural, can you provide proof of that? Post his blood tests if you can find them.

Oh you can't?! It's because he's on steroids and he needs his audience to believe his natural. It's marketing, pure and simple.

Just because he is bigger than you doesn't mean he uses Steroids. I'm not trying to prove anything to you, not quite sure why you are being so defensive.

I'll leave it at that dude i've tried to offer some advice to you, I really don't understand the hostility. I get your fed up, but we're all friends here.

Of course you can't prove it, but you're naive enough believe he's natural... because he said so!

We've heard your BS countless times here: "focus on what you can change, become huge bro!"

How does that have anything to do with losing our hair?!

Hes physique isn't that impressive why is it so hard to believe hes natural?

By the way there are a lot of people with amazing physiques who are natural.Obviously they have very good genetics but they also work there butts off and it's taken them years of dedication.

I will need evidence to back up that claim. Where are the blood tests of these natural bodybuilders? Nowhere to be found of course.

My cousin's half-brother also pretended to be natural for years. Now he's admitted that he was indeed juicing. What a surprise.

Going from a twink to a Hulk physique is never natural. People who become "huge" naturally were already pretty big to begin with thanks to their genetics.

I'm not talking about huge bodybuilders. I'm talking about someone who is very lean but not necessarily huge and even though i cant prove it i believe some of these guys are natural. When you see someone who is huge and very lean then yea it's obvious hes on steroids but the type i am talking about makes you question if hes on drugs or not. Of course some will be on drugs even if there not obvious but some are really not and i believe that otherwise all faith in humanity is lost.

Can you reply to my post on the other thread about gyno i am really interested in hearing your experience?

I've never said that..so that's not a true quote. Not sure what you are trying to prove here?

All i've said is with what you have make the most of it and improve what you can to make you feel better about yourself..that doesn't mean U HAVE TO GET HUGE AND HULK..

Your attitude towards this post is extremely defensive which I understand you are insecure and thats ok. You are judging someone and accusing them of using steroids which is just as bad as someone picking on you for hair loss.

Feel free to pm me if you feel you need someone to talk to, i'm not here to inflate my own ego but to support and shed some light and others have done the same for me.

dude hes definietly natural...
pretty obvious if he was roided up
i agree with alot of things you post but i disagree with the argument of having no point of getting into shape, and getting toned and big. Not arnold schwarzenegger big, but big enough.

I agree, natural for sure, if someone has a little insight into training he will also say the same. I and many of my friends have better body than him, but we have been training for a while. (naturally)

I need to know if there are real and substantial benefits to having a nice body. Otherwise I would prefer investing my time and energy in other areas of my life that I enjoy.

Working out releases endorfins in the body which makes you more happy and content. It's just an added bonus that your body will look better really. Working out is good for both your physical health and mind. I don't really see what better reason you would need to start working out

You can't be "Bald and Hot" Once the hair has gone that's it. But to help one look better, a tan and hitting the gym is your only option. Other than that it's game over.

^ If you don't enjoy working out, don't do it Fred. It will be a chore to keep up with. Some people play sports or go hiking for that mood lift e.t.c. Do what you wish. I feel a body is like a bonus with girls. First is the face (with fullish hair of course), then they look to see if he has some mass. I am talking about the guys who get attention from girls unprompted. As long as not anorexic looking or very fat, it's not that much of a big deal.

Most those big guys do it because they love it in some way, it's their sport. They are not doing it for girls. Such big size is usually not attractive to most girls except the few obsessed with muscles.

I enjoy working out " a bit" and have a basic physique of a gym guy but nothing more. I'm happy keeping it like this, definitely enough for me.

yes its only good to do if you enjoy it. Personally I got confident after taking some grappling classes and got some techniques. Now I dont get scared when someone pushes me in a night club for example, after getting the insight about the fights. Its not about fighting, its more about to know what you are capable of. I have great build for grappling but had no idea how fights were, took me about half a year to get some basics. So weight training and some fight skills build confidence but not directly towards girls, but towards these kind of situations. And the forearm thing in the article is right i had a girl who loved my forearm saying how strong it looks.
I think your genetics are not the best for it fred, but you can give it a try, but as I see you would only do it for the benefits of it, not for liking it, then its 10 times harder to get the muscular body and other benefits.

Thanks for the replies guys (and EvilLocks).

That's what I suspected, I guess I should improve my strengths and not waste my time fixing my "weaknesses".

This summer will be better spent working on meeting new people and playing the guitar than being bored in a gym.

I say meeting people because even though I have close friends, I don't really have a social circle. I guess this will be a lot easier with my new hair.

Good man on trying to branch out and meet new people through hobbies.

Being a gym rat is basically small dick syndrome; overcompensation.

Honestly, I think that that guy in the photo looks really good. I've been weight-lifting for my entire life so I can appreciate that kind of look. But of course, not everyone can look like he does with a shaved head. I've toyed around with trying to adopt a similar type of look but I just cannot bring myself to completely shave my head. I have no problem with what Baldguy says, as long as he practices what he preaches. We get too many guys on here with such extremely minimal hair loss who say things like "oh, if my hair loss got really bad, I'd just shave it off and move on with my life" or "get a nice wardrobe, get to the gym, rinse, repeat, etc.". Yet they've never experienced true and extensive hair loss themselves and are making every effort to ensure that they themselves do not go bald. Nothing wrong with that at all, but don't preach about how it's OK to be bald if your actions do not back up your words and you've never experienced true baldness for yourself. But I think Baldguy is actually practices what he preaches so I respect his opinions.
