Standard now - I take the 1/4 tab Fincar and 2X minoxidil (with a shot of peppermint/rosemary in the bottle) and nizoral almost every day. Tried also adding the finasteride tablets to the minoxidil did not see much difference but I am already taking it daily in the 1/4x. Tried a few dutasteride capsules with the finasteride tabs in the minoxidil but it seemed like it started to make things worse so I stopped now after 6 months. Not sure but for sure I did not see any gains.
Also take one tab of pumpkin seed 1000 with meal - not sure it does anything but probably healthy.
So if I could not take finasteride or dutasteride internally - definitely I would just add some tabs to minoxidil this is what I would do due to cost of the prepared solution. Solution could be more potent but for cost. Plus take a pumpkin seed tab or 2 a day.
