If you use liquid get a dropper with the 2.5 measurement . Get empty capsules an dropper from eBay . Works for me .

If u wanna go bald then lower it. Or if u wanna die trying to grow your hair then dont lower. Im doing like 2.8mg twice a day.

50mg daily never killed anyone
You can either switch straight from 5mg to 2.5mg daily, or taper by alternating doses for a week (5mg one day, 2.5mg the next) before going to 2.5mg daily. Use a pill cutter or ask for 2.5mg tablets. No major issues are expected, but monitor for any changes.
