Get on (topical) prostagladine inhibitors. For more info look for indomethacin or diclofenac (i.e. voltaren) with regard to hair loss, either search the forum, or the inet. This will likely stop/reduce your daily hair loss.
Perhaps you should start with and DHT inhibitor (Finasteride or, if you're one crazy mother****a, Dutasteride) as they are proven to work. Nobody knows for sure if the prostaglandine inhibitors work at all (I do hope they work though).
Girl RUN, RUNNNN and get some nizoral 2% or the generic form which is ketoconazole 2%. Or if you can, get it compounded in another shampoo delivery sys at a higher stregthn. but if you are sure you have dht hair loss, shampoo with this the first 3 days consecutively, leaving it on about 10 mins each time and it will slow down tremendously. Get it by prescription. Oh yeah, get a good moisturizing condition to put on your hair portion while it sit and even after you rinse out the nizoral/keto 2% because it is very drying and tangling. Notice I said 2% because the 1% doesn't do much and for me, it did nothing. But you may want to use it daily until you get to dr and get your script for the 2%. Again make SURE you let it sit on your scalp for about 5 to 10 mins the longer the better, while you shower and shave. I go to the mens side, that is where all the good stuff is.
Whatever medication you are taking, it would always be a plus to take vitamins (especially vitamin B), eat more vegetables/fruits, nuts, cereals, beans and meat.
Also add msm to your diet. Start very very very low, say 250mg with 2 glasses of water and include some vitamin c. Then slowly work up to say 3 to 4000mg a day. It helps keep hair in your head. But make sure you are taking spironolactone or some anti androgen then the msm will work much better. But take them at different times of the day of course.
