how to use nizoral and t/sal

i just decided to include those two in my regimen on top of the 1 mg finasteride i take daily. i was just wondering how you guys use this? Do you guys just alternate between nizoral one day, then t sal the other day? The nizoral im using is 1% from walmart, and not the 2% one. I was thinking using t sal and nizoral at the same time. like use t sal first then rinse it off n then put nizoral. Do this once every 3 days. Does that sound like a good plan?

i rotate between t-sal, t-gel and nizoral. i try to only use each twice a week. any other times i wash my hair i use a gentle shampoo, cause t-sal, nizoral etc are powerful. as for using them at the same time, i wouldn't know if that is smart because it seems like that's a lot of powerful stuff on your scalp at once. just my opinion
