anyone know ?

could it be 1 years worth, or 2 or 3 ???

need all the help i can get

i am on dutasteride, revivogen and lasercomb.

i have been on procerin from November 2004 to August 2005. It took me 10 months to realise that it was an absolute scam, and I lost so much hair in the process. I regret taking procerin. It's the worst decision I've ever made in my life. My hairloss had progressed so much in those 10 months, I hope I can recover most of them back, then I'll be happy.

Avoid Procerin and unproven waste products at all costs.

how come p rocerin was not displayed.

Anyways guys, avoid p rocerin at all cost, its a scam product. By the time you realise that it's a scam product, you hairloss may not be recoverable. It took me 10 months to realise that this product was a waste and did absolutely nothing to prevent hairloss and my hairline continued to recede and my baldspot continued to get bigger and bigger :(

2 and a half years.

2 and a half years ?

Are there any specific reasons for why we can only regrow back the hairs we lost in the past 2.5 years ??
where did you get that from ? can you post me a link if you can, that way, it'll help me sleep at night and give me a peace of mind, and I'd also be able to think straight aswell. The hair I lost in the past 2.5 years was alot!

I was only joking. :)

There are so many factors determining if your follicles can produce healthy hair again that it is not possible to answer your question.

You can become chewbaca or not regrow a single hair back and continue to go bald. No one knows.

To ease your mind a bit, 2 and a half years are not critical. Theoretically these hairs can be regrown if you manage to halt your hairloss through adequate inhibition.

is dutasteride enough to adequately inhibit further hairloss ?

If dutasteride was enough for everyone there would be no male pattern baldness.

Oops! I just noticed that there is no minoxidil in your regimen. You are aware that if you need to regrow serious amounts of hair you need a stimulant right?

Inhibitors offer maintenance, although some exceptional responders may regrow some on inhibitors only. And you will need to wait a looooong time before you know if an inhibitor can grow some back by itself.

i have tiny velus hairs along my hairline. does dht inhibitors help thicken those velus hairs ?

i dont know if im looking to regrow hair, i am looking those thicken up those velus hairs.

is 'regrowth' the thickening of those velus hairs into terminal hairs or is it regrowth of even those velus hairs ?

Yes, the term "regrowth" is a bit vague.

I usually define regrowth as the turn of a cosmetically insignificant hair to a hair with cosmetic impact.

Vellus hairs are a good start.

Listen noorur, no one can tell you want to hear right now. You will have to wait.

Xandrox15 is great because you can put it on, have breakfast etc., then wash it out in the shower after an hour or so. It's strong and it sinks in fast.

Also, Tricomin is great for spritzing in your hair after you get out of the shower. If your hair's already wet, it has better absorption and will dry as your hair dries.

If you go with those two for the first part of the day, you can put regular minoxidil on before bed when it doesn't matter what your hair looks like.

Xandrox15 is greasy.

I would use it at night, so that it stays on longer and use a fast drying minoxidil for the morning application. Washing off Xandrox15 1 hour later is a waste.

By stimulant I basically meant topical minoxidil. Do not count on copper peptides for huge amounts of regrowth.

I have been on 1mg Propecia daily and also Nizoral since February, and my hair has thickened quite a bit. I'd say I have regrown about 50% of what I lost. This first few months were terrible though. I'm a difuse thinner, and my hair became disasterous after starting finasteride. I was heading to norwood 3 and now am about norwood 2. Very happy with the results.

how many years of hairloss do you think you've recovered then ?
how long have you been losing your hair for ?
