Hello,

I am looking to purchase a system as well. If you do not mind me asking, what is it about your current system that makes you unhappy?

@ jaslondon

I started wearing around 7 months ago. bought a unit from a uk supplier.
I live in london too. As I was new and did not know how the systems are I was fairly o.k with the system but after a lot of research on internet and educating myself I ordered system from US which was way better than the one I got initially

the ist one i got had huge mesh net. Anyone getting close by could see the nets in the scalp.
Now i have got a french lace which is way better and have a kewl hair line. I have ordered swiss lace now it sounds better than any other lace.

I have also ordered a special skin system which one of guy i knew wore and it was unbelievable real.. I am waiting for my skin system as it is too delicate and the scalp looks next to real. btw which system do u wear currently and how come u wore it for aound an year??

So the best IMO is a latest skin .

Hey well im on my second system actually the first one was awful! it was losing hair within two months it was faded got knotted whenever i washed it just rubbish. Im with a different company now and this one is good in the respect it doesnt fade or lose hair but its not real enough for me. i want the nmost realistic one i can get i dont care about durability so long as it looks real!! Its like mesh with a lace front. I cant style it or anything so i have ordered a full lace system so i am waiting on that. I showed the guy i ordered off videos i had found online one video that was on here actually and he said he could get me one of those no probs. This is teh video i showed him

it looks awesome cause mine at the moment the density is too thick etc so cant do anything with it but its ok for now. so do you order yours online then or go to a salon? i go to a salon at the moment as i wouldnt know where to get it cut in etc if i didnt. i dont really wanna go to a normal barbers to get it done if you know what i mean :) Can you email me on [email protected] as i know we are not supposed to discuss companies etc on here. its just i want to know how you are getting on with these other companies etc as these systems are quite expensive and if i can get a better deal and knew where i could get them cut in in london that would be awesome. drop us an email :) cheers!

Hi JasLondon: you're not having much luck getting information here. The mods on this board are rather edgy about anyone appearing to plug particular companies, but if you send me a PM I will give you some suggestions.

Best

It might just be me, paranoid android and all that, but so very few posts in this forum (HSAHPFM) read like they've been posted out of natural, genuine desire for information and advice.

Alot just looks like disguised market research...

No issue with that really, but I do wonder the true extent that hairpieces can be or are actually used in society. It's really interesting, I don't think I could ever have the confidence to use one but I wish I could (and the finances to purchase, service etc) to maybe finally be at ease with my hair one day...
