why not see if you have one of the many other symptoms invovlving hyper or hypo thryoidism, i frequently use T3 and ive never had any problem with it causing me to lose hair

I recently received my blood results back and they suggest that I have abnormal levels of TSH and borderline hypothyroidism.

My hair is naturally very very thin and I do have some indentation on the sides of my head.

I have been losing maybe 2-3 hairs in the shower and another couple during the day. I have also been losing some eye brow hair.

I have also been very lethargic, my sex drive has decreased noticeably, ive been getting acne along my upper arms, ive become less focused.. and many of the other symtoms associated with hypothyroidism.

Also my phosphate levels have increased which is another sign.

I have to go for follow up tests in 2 months to confirm that this was not a fluke result.

2 months! Why so long? If you have symptoms, you should get tested again asap, because you want to go on synthroid if you are in fact hypothyroid.
