I Am 20 Years Old, Am I Losing My Hair Or Is It Just Fine

Hello,

So ive always had naturally fine hair, and ever since growing it out I seem to find more hair loss in the shower. Do you think I am balding/thinning?

Ive attached a photo of my hair from when I was ~15 and recent photos to compare whether it is any different. I can see my scalp quite a bit when it is wet but not as much when dry.

does the shower hair loss look abnormal/excessive? Like I said my hairs naturally fine, so I cant tell if there is thinning going on or if it is just like that

Lmao your hair ain't fine its moderate thickness at the worst. My hair is half the thickness of yours, lies flat and lifeless and blows out of place with a light gust of wind. However you might be thinning at the crown.. I would see a specialist for a professional opinion.

Lol everyone always goes into denial thinking there hairloss is something other than male pattern baldness. You have male pattern baldness I’m sorry. Best to get treatment ment now and prevent future loss

While we can't say 100% its male pattern baldness we can say 95% its male pattern baldness. Therefore @Aw1995 There's a greater than 9/10 chance its male pattern baldness and not something else.
