norwood is irrelevant for diffuse thinners like you. You are thinning all over and will need to get on finasteride real soon if you hope to fight it.

I agree with what been said here. Your norwood is completely irrelevant as your actual hairline is pretty much intact, so as far as your hair line goes you're like a NW1-point-something.
You're diffuse thinning in a very similar pattern to me, which is pretty much NW5. If left untreated, it's quite likely in a few years from now you'll be NW5 which some thin patches of hair here and there and maybe some thinning hair still left on your hairline, but it's already game over at point.
Also, just as a side note, your current combover style is already starting to look quite obvious, so you might want to look into a buzzcut.
