Used a lot of oils, special shampoo and stuff. Can't judge if it helps.

Nisim shampoo is great, stops hair fall in few days. I only use it ones a week with Nizoral mixed in with it. My hair is far worse than yours though, I might try finasteride in small doses, ideal a hair transplant will be needed .
