I am Completely Screwed! Can Concealers Help? Please Advise.

So, I had a few months off between responsibilities so I had decided for a H/T after much, much debate. It's been 2 months, and this is where I'm at. Just Awful! I have a couple weeks before starting a new job, and I completely screwed myself. What can I possibly do? Concealers? It looks worse than the pictures depending on the lighting. Sometimes, you see ALL the bumps very conspicously. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah I would recommend getting two types of concealers and seeing which works: Dermmatch and Toppik/Nanogen. I favor the fibers like toppik/nanogen but for your situation dermmatch may be better.

Give it a shot. They work miracles

Can any of these products have an adverse effect on the grafts? The surgeon didn't "recommend" the use of any of them, but he said if I must, go with Toppik.

I must take this hair transplant Dr's opinion with a grain of salt, however, because hair transplant surgeons probably do not want their customers consistently using concealers after a hair transplant--bad for their reputation I would imagine.

Hey...you have give your transplant at least 8-12 months for any results....how many grafts did you get and who was your doctor if you dont mind me asking...and how much was the procedure.....For now , i would recommend...you order www.caboki.com as a concealer....It will look more natural for your scalp.....Since you starting a new job....at leastyour coworkers will know you as bald..so you won't have any pressure....

By fibers, you mean something like Toppik? I had 1500 grafts 2 months ago. I understand that 10 months is where the final results should be apparent. BUT, I don't have 10 months to just do nothing--got to work!

It'd help. I agree, if you just go with DermMatch you are going to get the painted scalp look. What I would do is get DermMatch then fill it in with Toppik. Works wonders - agree with the posters.

Fullmore might be a good option to in your case as well.

Yes fibres like Toppik, and you won't have the painted head look as Agent 00 describes. Disregard any before and after photos on the Dermmatch site, It's impossible to get that look, unless you are only losing very very little hair. Whatever scalp is shown with Derm is shiny and painted looking and will need fibres. Alternatively, just use the fibres!

you aren't screwed. check out the keratin fibers.
you'll be able to fill that area in with hair fibers and permanently with a GOOD restoration procedure.
