I bought Minoxidile but I hear it's a crappy brand. Help plz

Hi everybody, I wanted to start a big 3 regimen, and had a prescription from the Doctor. So I went to get all the things I need at the drug store, and the guy sold me a bottle of Minoxidile named :

APO-GAIN MINOXIDIL TOPICAL SOLUTION 2%
He said he mixed the thing to make it 5%

I'm sure he was honest, but after reading these forum, no one talk about his brand. I fear it's something not good This did cost me 100$... damn.

Any idea?

it should be fine. theres no such thing as bad or good minoxidil. minoxidil is simply minoxidil.

though $100 sounds like a lot of money. you can get a 3-month supply (of 5%) for maybe $30-40 on amazon. so just use what you have right now, then go buy it from amazon after youre done with it

It's fine but most people here say to wait until your scalp is dry because if its wet too much of the minoxidil goes into your bloodstream and you get more side effects (bloated face, unwated hair growth).
