Relax and take it, I'm 16 and taking it and it's the cards that I've been dealt with in life. Here is the way I look at it:
Regret that you didn't do EVERYTHING you could to stop hair loss or
Experience side effects (which is highly unlikely to be permanent) and stop medication. Positive with this one is atleast you know finasteride is not for you but imagine if it is.. That's how much of your hair actually being saved? Your call man but I'd recommend it

I have been considering using propecia for over three months now and I just can't decide whether or not I want to risk it. I would take half the drug every other day. I am just so scared of it. Can you guys tell me your experiences with the drug

At 16 you are inhibiting your penile growth as well as potentially other body growth as well, get off finasteride man.

I too have been prescribed finasteride 1 MG and scared to take it. I filled the prescription, but haven't filled it yet. I have some frontal thinning. The doctor said it was up to me but she recommended finasteride and rogaine. I started using the romaine, but I am scared of the finasteride.

Why? You'll need longer than a 2 week break to test that imo. Need to saturate dem receptors with DHT for longer. Your hair might suffer though.
