OP you're hair is completely fine, you barely have receding temples if that's what you're worried about. It appears like a typical mature hairline. Try living with a thinning crown and everyone commenting on it all the time... I'd kill for your crown. Quit whining and enjoy your life free of hair loss. And regrow your hair out, it looks much better longer than shaved - especially since you have weird moles on your scalp.

OP, ignore some of the comments on here, they're just jealous you caught it early.
If I were you I would consider jumping on finasteride before it got any worse, it's not as bad as people make it out to be. And you would probably regret it if you didn't try it
You should also visit a dermatologist to check out that dandruff and itchy scalp.
