$2,000 cash is what i got to spend to fix my situation, and i need your guys help! I am willing to do anything, and what i mean by that ANYTHING is SURGICAL OR NON SURGICAL, to fill in no more then a square inch worth of hair on each side of my head in the temple area (obviously pretty small amount) please don't respond if your going to say stuff like you don't need to! because it is what it is, I NEED TO FILL IN THE TEMPLES AND WILL DO ANYTHING! again my budget is $2000, please can some one help me! keep in mind i am currently taking minoxidil and proscar, so this is not about regimens or anything like that its just about getting hair on my head now kind of thing..so please let me know what yall think....Thank You!!![/b]

I think there is not much else you could do to improve your situation other than take the meds you are already doing because $2000 will not get you a transplant anywere.

I wouldn't want to be in the care of a doctor who'd do a hair transplant for $2000. I'd suggest putting the cash in an IRA instead.

well u can get about 400 hairs transplanted for $2000
To get a well done job u need at least 6 000 even if its just 2 small patches.

should be noted taht going to a cheap surgeon will harm more than it helps. you'll end up with a botched job that makes you look like a freak, and have a chunky scar on the back of your head. dont go to a hair transplant surgeon till you can afford one with a solid history and a good portfolio of results.

finasteride and oral spironolactone is crazy. You may as well take dutasteride and drink rat poison. I think 2000 is a lot of money and you should use it on rogain and propecia for the next 20 years.
