So, I realized i have balding which affects me cosmetically when I had a haircut 5 months ago. I didn't mind norwood 2.5ish hairline much since I have a small forehead but diffuse thinning throughout the scalp really bothered me at first, but it could be hidden with longer hair so I didn't mind it neither. But of course I started monitoring my hair loss in case of losing more ground and was ready to intervene at any time.
I am not a delusional person so I never thought it was telogen effluvium. But While monitoring my hair I realized I have some noticable level of thinning in my donor area on both back and sides. So I thought it could be telogen efflivuim meshed with male pattern baldness since I had some dramatic life events recently (faced 20 years prison time while innocent, later learned my best friend was responsible).
My question is, how likely that I have telogen efflivium, and is it wise to use minoxidil+dermarolling without any anti-androgens in my case. Thank you.
