Alright guys,so i think there is no Hope for my hairline and It feels like finasteride Will maintain/slow down my hairloss at best. It seems like i am faded to be a NW2 AT the age of 21. Being a NW2 with a huge forehead and Fine hair,is like being a NW4 with a low forehead and thick *** hair. I wont ever use minoxishit,my dad died from a heart atack at the age of 61,and i already suffer from heart palpitations and dark circles without taking anything,so i wouldnt risk spreading that posion ALL over my Head, plus i have long hair minoxishit and long hair is not a good combination.

You are being too impatient. The hair cycles usually take 6 months to change. Wait a year before you decide your outcome. I agree to avoid minoxidil if you have a sensitive heart. Your hair is fine in caliber and when long is going to show more scalp. Just cut your hair and it will look thicker.

You haven't really receded so I don't think a lot of doctors will accept you, and from what I've understood it isn't smart to transplant hairs to areas where you haven't grown hair before, since the environment and blood supply there is different.

Btw, you should ask how many grafts instead of follicles you'll need, that's what people say when getting a transplant.

At this point you don't have too much recession so it would not be advisable for such a small number of grafts. I think you just need to try to maintain for as long as you can until maybe we have better treatments. I seriously don't see you going bald in the next decade so you have plenty of time not to worry. If you doubt my accuracy, I said the same thing to Irishpride many years ago and he never went bald.

Send your photo to a hair transplant doctor. They will let you know your Norwood level if you don't believe me.

You can lower your hairline with a frontplasty or hair transplant,a Lot of people do that. Of course i wouldnt lower my hairline to the point It wouldnt look natural, but at least to look decent.

Ok,i know i don't have too much recession, but i am diffuse thinning on top and temples,so in the near Future, imma definetly consider a hair transplant. I realized i was diffuse thinning late 2019,i was outside, went to a nightclub and It started raining. I had short hair at that time and when It rained,i looked at my reflex in the mirror and i could see the diffuse Pattern and see through my scalp. However,in early 2020 i dived into hairloss world and started studying everything about hairloss and found out tressless and this forum. I was reluctant for a year to start finasteride,i hadnt money at the time. Later on,especifically in 21th april, this year,i made some money out of home office and could afford finasteride and started taking It in 15th june. Whats worrying the sh*t out of me IS my T levels. I havent been to a doctor in years and before Starting finasteride i was already feeling Low T symptoms.

Besides using finasteride,i use castor oil on my hair every 15 days,or coconut oil and im using a tonic to fortify my hair. Its a natural tonic, nothing like minoxidil.

Well ok, do what makes you confident, although make sure you got a backup-plan in worst case scenario, so that you can have enough grafts in case the finasteride is overpowered, side effects etc.

IIRC it doesn't really look much different from the pics you showed from years ago
