I Have No Idea What's Happening To Me?!

So im 20 years old and i've been losing hair for the past 2 years. The weird thing is that my hair is not thinning, it just falls from every part of my head but somehow it is only noticeable in my hairline, top of the scalp and crown, but if i pull from the very back of my head or from the sides it also falls. Problem is the hair from my armpits, chest and genitals is also falling and i take this doesn't happen in any kind of bald pattern does it?

I've run blood tests and i found out i had a bit of hypothiroidism but my hormone levels have been fine for more than 6 months and the problem continues so it's not that. Honestly didn't know what else i could do and last week i gave up and completely shaved my head.

I guess the real question is if that i can actually be balding without thinning hair and also losing body hair?

you have either BDD or diffuse thin

Show the photo of your crown and vertex. I am sure you have a diffuse patern. Your hair like mine now, but your hairline and temples are much worse. I recommend you to buzz sides and back regularly. It will look much better.

My temples are not bigger or anything they've been like that my whole life and my hair is not thinning anywhere which is very weird considering i've been losing it for exactly 2 years now, shouldn't it be noticeable by now?

I would've started taking propecia if it was just my hair falling but given some of my body hair is also falling made me think it was something else and now i don't know what to think. The situation down there in my pubis is critical.

i honestly don't see any male pattern baldness. hair looks great man. just keep taking photos once a month, directly above the head at the exact same angle and lighting. that will let you know for sure what's up.
