I Just Bought Nizoral From Amazon Uk And I Have A Question

And i was wondering if it's the ketoconazole 2% version, because on the package it says "Nizoral ketoconazole 20mg" 20mg means 2% ?

One more question, Nizoral 2% it's something that i can use for long period of time? (of course not daily).
Because on the back of the product they say "when you don't have dandruff anymore, stop use Nizoral shampoo" But obviously that i'm not using it for get rid of dandruff, So you think i can use it for a long time for 2-3 times a week? After all Nizoral it's part of the "Big 3".

It is safe to use everyday if you want, it can kinda fry your hair a bit so using a conditioner is probably a good idea if you are going to do that.

But my question was if i can use it for a long period of time, i mean on a regular basis. not every day.
