I modified my HAIRLINE today!

I have a serious widows peak. I've had it all my life. So, when I started to lose my hair 6 years ago, it seemed worse than it actually was. A widows peak accentuates the impact of a receding hairline. If you take a look at the likes of Jude Law who has a widows peak and a receding hairline and a widows peek and then compare him with let's say Stephen Dorff who also has a receding hairline but no widows peak, you'll find that the one who is most likely to be called "BALDY!" by his so-called mates is Jude Law.
So today I decided to get rid of my widows peak by shaving it off and then very carefully, I shaped (or scultped if you will) a new and better hairline for myself. I look so much better and my hairloss is now much less noticable. The only drawback however is that now my hairline is that bit higher than it once was ( bout 1/2 inch or so) but hardly enough to kick up a fuss. I'm so much more confident. Try it. You might like it! If you do though, make sure you re-shave it EVERY day or people will notice the stubble and then ask you why your hairline is shaved! Not good!

I looked at your profile and didn't see anything to fight DHT. Your only using Nizoral and Rogaine which will help but will not keep your hair as well as Proscar or Propecia.

About the two actors, although Jude Law looks more bald in the front, Stephen Dorff looks more bald on the sides.

Can you give use some images of your hair before and now that you shave it? Would like to see how well you did it.

I actually tried the same 2 years ago. Now I don't have to shave that area - the hairs there just disappeared !!! :boom:

Jude Law is one hella bald guy but in movies, celebrity photoshoots, etc. he's always wearing a piece or the camera angle is from the side. Brendan Frasier I heard was in the same boat.

Jude Law's the man, Gigolo Joe for life. I don't even think he looks too bad with a receding hairline. He's one of those people I would've just thought had a naturally high hairline before I actually started losing hair myself. What depresses the hell out of me though is watching Fear and Loathing. I know since I've been losing my hair I've tried to reassure myself with the thought that hair isn't as important as facial features many times. That the ladies still love Bruce Willis, hair or not. But when you see Johnny Depp bald and he looks like *** it's very disheartening just how much it can detract from one's appearance.
