In the meantime start ramping your proscar down to 0.2 - 0.5mg a day, if you do go as low as 0.2mg go buy some freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (or squeeze 'em yourself) and stick a big glass down with your proscar fragments, this has been shown to increase absorbtion (I think and enzyme in grapefruit slows digestion so more finasteride makes it past the stomach where it is absorbed in the intestine wall)
wash twice a week
eat

Remove the period from the link that tynanw posted. For some reason that takes you to a webhosting site. I had already e-mailed their customer service panicking and just happended to type qhi.co.uk into google to see what would come up when it gave me the link without the "."
Looks like it's all fine. I have also ordered from them and am happy with the product. Their customer service is also great.
