ive been to a derm, he prescribed me minocycline, it didnt work, and right now the folliculitis has intensified, i have scabs and red bumps all over my scalp and those tiny bald spots are comign back, luckily my hairs long enough to hide them, but the thing is, i live a far distance away from the derm in my area, and i cant get down to see him, i do have a family doctor, im wondering if she will be able to prescribe me something, is there anyone that had folliculitis and successfully got rid of it, how did you? and what do u recommend? other than that, i think my hairs is still great, i guess once i started to let my hair grow long, i saw that its still thick and not thinning anywhere, i guess you guys were right bout the mature hairline(nw2), but i dont want the folliculitis to get worse and have permanent scars on my head. help would be greatly appreciated.
heres pics of my hair right now, i think it looks great..

What makes you think that people want to look at pictures of a man stiffing his arm pits?

I can't see any problems with your hair. It might be the pics, and I'm no expert, but it doesn't even look like you are balding. I think most men here would love to have the hair you have. Also, I can't see the scabs and red bumps you are talking about.

Seriously your hair looks great , but if you have noticed excess hairloss or a slight recession , hope on Nizoral and if its gets any worse Finasteride.

dude, you have to have to have to use honey, im not kidding honey and cinnamon 2x a day morning and night let it sit as long as possible or apply before bed, then wash it out, it moisterizes your hair and is apotent antibiotic, do it now!!!! any kind of honey will do.

I cannot tell you how serious i am about its effectiveness.

no, this is absolutly for real studies and everything to back it up go look for yourself.

How can you disprove its ineffectiveness if you have not even tried it for yourself, lets both agree you have no knowledge of its effectiveness or non effectiveness and no real stance on the issue. You claim knowledge where you were never in a position to claim it.

Buy benzoyl peroxide 5% wash and gel, use it everyday on your head, you should see improvements in 2 weeks or 1 month. Benzoyl peroxide is the ingredient but there are different brand names. It comes in 2,5,10% strenght.

No it wont i have folliculitis on scalp also and use bp wash and got rid of it in 3 weeks, i had it on sides and back mostly, 0% bleaching, it bleaches clothes only for hair you must have more % like way over usual 5%. I know that honey is antibacterial, its strong stuff, if you put it on face it will burn.
